The Cooperator

The April 2026 issue of The Cooperator is available now. News and features from Tennessee agriculture and the Co-op community include:

  • The memberships of White County Farmers Co-op, with locations in Sparta and Monterey, and Warren Farmers Co-op in McMinnville, have agreed to merge the Co-ops into a single business that, effective March 1, will be known as White Warren Farmers Cooperative.
  • Ryan Jenkins, a fourth-generation row crop farmer from Jay, Florida, urges fellow farmers to be agriculture ambassadors. Jenkins was a keynote presenter at the GreenPoint Ag Southern Agronomy Summit in Nashville in January.
  • Cooperator staff looks ahead to what 2026 might hold as Tennessee producers take on another year of slim margins and new opportunities in the article “Strategic optimism: Ag in 2026.”
